All referrals must come through ADHC’s central referral body IRI (Information Referral Intake). Priority is given to children aged 12 years and under and to families that are assessed as requiring additional support. To request consideration for a referral, contact your local ADHC office.
CareSouth receives referrals from a ADHC panel, recruits, assesses, trains and matches appropriate alternate families with the child or young person and their family.
