Supervised Contact is asked by a caseworker to ensure a safe and secure contact visit between children in care and their families. Our workers all have appropriate training, and carry an identification card. Their work is different to a caseworker’s job. You should talk to your child’s caseworker if you have any questions about your child.
Our workers want your visit to run smoothly, so please arrive on time, and ready for the visit. If you are running late for a visit, please contact CareSouth as soon as possible.
