Support Co-ordination
CareSouth offer Support Coordination in-house, which means you get an experienced person to assist you with your plan.
We can help you with one or all parts of planning, developing and co-ordinating your plan.
Clinical Services
We have an experienced multi-disciplinary team that provide a range of services to children and adults including Psychology, Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology.
CareSouth is able to provide the following services;
• Assessment
• Behaviour support (Registered NDIS provider)
• Individual counselling
• Group therapy
• Therapeutic consultations – Multi-disciplinary
• Training
If you are looking for something specific, we also have a variety of Therapeutic Interventions available;
Financial Plan Management
If you have ‘Improved Life Choices’ included in your NDIS plan you can arrange for CareSouth to coordinate the financial management component.
The benefits of financial plan management are that you choose the services you use, the providers you engage and how much of your budget you allocate to those services. You maintain total control over when and how those services are delivered.
Early Intervention
CareSouth has new opportunities available for NDIS participants with Supported Independent Living as a part of their plan.
We offer a range of accommodation options for clients with varying degrees of support. Contact our NDIS team for more information – 1300 554 260.
Supported Independent Living
At CareSouth, we support early intervention through Clinical Services for children ages 0 – 8 years.
We support children who have a developmental delay or disability, along with their families/carers. We can connect you with local community activities and our own programs like our weekly Homework Hub.
Community Participation
Community Participation is important – we know people find their lives more satisfying when they engage with their friends. At CareSouth we can shape our support to what you want to develop, learn, improve or pursue. It’s your journey. CareSouth can provide assistance with;
- Building your independence
