Step 1: Reach out to our intake team  

Contact us by phone on 1300 554 260 or via email at info@caresouth.org.au to complete the referral and intake process. You will need to provide CareSouth with the following:  

  • A copy of your current NDIS plan  
  • A list of your service providers  
  • Current service agreements or quotes  

Step 2: Plan verification and setup
Once we have your information, we will confirm the details and request endorsement of your plan through the NDIS.

Step 3: Begin Plan Management
Once endorsement is in place, we can begin managing your NDIS funding. We review your current NDIS plan and explain what supports can be claimed in each category. We will break down complex terms to help make a complex process, simple and accessible.

We handle all invoice processing, claim submissions, and budget tracking. You will receive regular statements so you can see how your funding is being used while maintaining full control over your supports.

How are my service providers paid?

When engaging with CareSouth as your NDIS Plan Manager, provider invoices are managed for you. As your NDIS Plan Manager, CareSouth will:

  • Receive and check invoices from service providers
  • Ensure they align with the participants NDIS plan and budget
